		Scott Bailey, CEO Seeing a need for local media companies to build a technology bridge to their local SMB (Small to Medium-Size Businesses) Market, Scott started and focused LocalGreatDeals on developing technology that would allow local media companies to leverage their local franchise in their respective local market with the technology of LocalGreatDeals.com. Leveraging his own 20 plus years online technology experience with his experience in building online applications for local media companies, he has utilized his experience base to develop hyper local technologies to drive online leads, content, traffic and revenue. Scott spent ten years with LexisNexis where he pioneered a number of start-up ventures including the development and delivery of new online products and new overseas operations. The capstone of his LexisNexis career was as Director of European Operations. Prior to LexisNexis, Scott served in the United States Air Force. Scott was a finalist in 2003 for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year. Scott has lived approximately half of his adult life in Europe and speaks German. He has multiple degrees from Miami University of Ohio and has also completed graduate work at Boston University, Wright State University and the University of Dayton. Scott is a dedicated husband and father of three. Scott has also been a lacrosse, basketball and soccer coach and a volunteer fireman. In his spare time, Scott's passions are music, technology, motorcycles and muscle cars, upland game hunting, hiking and skiing. Bob Glass, General Manager - LocalGreatDeals.com Bob's 28 year professional career includes experience as an attorney, operations manager and senior executive, during which time he led successful efforts to provide online information and information management solutions to professional users. During his nearly 17 year tenure with LexisNexis, Bob provided strategic, operational and business leadership in a variety of positions and was responsible for the development, sales, and marketing of professional products and services for the legal, business and government markets. Bob served as Vice President and General Manager of the Nexis Business Information Group. His last position with LexisNexis was as President and Chief Officer of LexisNexis Document Solutions, a company offering nationwide transactional services and document solutions. Bob served in the United States Army before graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University and Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. When time permits, Bob enjoys travel, historical research, writing, and photography. Carl R. Bach, VP Product Development, Operations, and System Engineering & Support Carl is responsible for leading and managing all new product development, the company's IT infrastructure, systems availability, software and hardware support, and customer service and operational functions. Carl's professional career includes 21 years of online information industry experience from LexisNexis where he held the roles of Product Analyst, Sr. Web Developer, Webmaster, and eMarketing Lead for the Corporate and Global eMarketing group. Carl is a news junkie and when not in the office enjoys travel, relaxation, music of all genres, computer games and spending time with his wife and two daughters. Issy Miller, Controller Issy plays a key role in the company's financial, human resource, and administrative areas. Issy's many contributions to the company during her tenure include active participation and leadership in nearly every aspect of all financial activities. Community conscious, Issy is extremely active in the church and volunteers much of her time in helping those in need. She is a mother and a grandmother, and enjoys reading, quilting and gardening. Issy was raised and educated in Germany. Derek Morris, Director of Business Development & Marketing Derek and his team work with major media outlets such as FOX, NBC, ABC, and CBS to implement joint advertising efforts; and they work with Local Great Deals customers to create marketing plans to drive customers to their business. Derek has over 20 years of management, marketing, sales, and media experience that includes roles as Marketing Director, Regional Sales Manager, and On Air Personality/ Producer for various companies and Radio Stations in Cincinnati. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Derek is a workout enthusiast and loves spending time with his family. Bryan Graupmann, Director of Operations Bryan is a veteran of the information services industry with over a quarter century of experience in a variety of roles. He's held positions at LexisNexis in computer operations, content production, computer programming as well as product and project management. Bryan designed and managed the development of the content management system for Elsevier Science's online service, ScienceDirect. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and is delighted by attending the musical performances of his talented son and daughter. He also runs many miles each week to maintain his fitness and prepare for races ranging from 5K's to half marathons. He enjoys playing golf when time allows. Ala Kushlaf, Director of Technology Ala started as a software engineer solving issues with customer support and enhancing current products. Ala was promoted as our senior software developer and began designing and developing new projects. In his current role, Ala is responsible for solving daily technical support activities, architecting new products and designing and implementing new technologies and technical strategies. Ala also worked overseas for six years and led a team of developers for architecting and designing all new projects in his department. He started his career in USA with Navaro Medical Solutions/Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for over two years as a senior software developer working on projects related to healthcare industry. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer in .Net (MCSD.Net). Ala has a bachelor degree in computer science. He graduated from Tajoura Engineering Academy (Tripoli, Libya) with summa cum laude honors. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, tennis and being outdoors. He loves exploring other cultures and languages. Leo Brun, LocalGreatDeals.com Architect Leo started his LocalGreatDeals.com career as a software engineer solving issues with customer support and enhancing current products. In his current role as the LocalGreatDeals.com Architect, Leo is responsible for architecting new designs and implementing new technologies. Prior to his role with LocalGreatDeals.com, Leo worked with Navaro Medical Solutions/Microsoft Gold Certified Partner as a software developer working on projects related to the healthcare industry. Leo has a bachelor's degree in computer science and minor in mathematics from Northern Kentucky University. Leo is also a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer in .Net (MCAD.Net) Leo is a recent proud parent of a beautiful baby girl. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter and wife, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
